StatusApp is a simple and easy to use tool for your contractor clients. It is a great defence should HMRC attack their subcontractor’s self-employed status, wanting to class them as employees!
The App only takes the contractor a couple of minutes each time, using their mobile phone, tablet or laptop. StatusApp produces bespoke documents, to include a Statement of Understanding and a specific Contract which are signed electronically by both parties in the contractual relationship. There is nothing to print and everything is stored digitally for safe keeping.

Additional Fee Earning Opportunity
StausApp allows your Client to give you access to their data at a level of their choosing. This can range from read only to full access. However as Agent, you can choose to decline full access.
If you agree to full access to your client’s data, you could undertake the process on behalf of your client – and charge them accordingly (especially when/if you prepare/submit the monthly CIS300).
If you do this on their behalf all emails come from your Clients email address.
